Qualification of Account Executive

• Internship or professional experience in a sales or customer service role
• Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management
• Experiencing   in Telco Industry
•  

Presales Qualification

• a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Have prior experience in presales
• Understand Telecommunication Network Architecture 
• Possess strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Have strong presentation skills
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders

 Presales Requirement

• Developing B2B solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
• Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements
• Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP
• Working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process
• Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
• Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes

Required skills and qualifications

• A years of experience in IT or  a degree in Computer science
• Deep knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science
• Project management experience
